I can't go outside. The heat will make me melt.

You too, Schnee! Are you going out into the heat, or staying in the shade, sipping Pimms and lounging on a recliner? I'm yet to decide, I did the housework early, so the rest of the day is all my own. I do have a feeling that there will be a nice cool breeze up on the South Downs, so I might go and meditate on a hill top somewhere :)

Thank you! I'm definitely going out in the heat - make the most of it while we have it! =D I am probably going for a jog in the park. I think after that I might stay in the shade and relax a bit. Either way, enjoy the good weather! Meditating on a hill top sounds rather awesome to me. =) I'm always confused as to where you are because you travel so much due to your job! Hope you're not over-working yourself :3 Though obviously excavating fossils and human remains...I mean digging holes...must be fun! 8D

Vanilla ice cream? :D You can do it! Unless you're one of those people who get sunburnt easily in which case...Protect yourself!

Wow, what a quiet day at the detox today!

  • On Sundays patients and staff can be observed leaving their natural habitat and mixing with others of their species.

When you are next out of doors on a summer night, turn your head towards the zenith. Almost vertically above you will be shining the brightest star of the northern skies — Vega of the Lyre, twenty-six years away at the speed of light, near enough to the point of no return for us short-lived creatures. Past this blue-white beacon, fifty times as brilliant as our sun, we may send our minds and bodies, but never our hearts. For no man will ever turn homewards beyond Vega, to greet again those he knew and loved on Earth.

I spent a lovely day studiously avoiding others of my species.

Experts in detoxology call it "socialising"

This is true. I do have plans tonight though!

  • Neighbours are annoying when partying. Pfff, complaining over noise at 6am.

All you really need is love, but a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt!
