  Important announcement from Kamelot's management (KMI Entertainment): "Expect a visit to Australia on the next album, as well as other countries that have been either left off or rarely visited. Russia, China, Croatia, parts of South America etc...The demand has been there in the past. " OH YES VERY EXCITED!

  Poetry for the Poisoned is released in Japan and will shortly be released in Europe and the US. No official word on Australian release date but I expect it will be imported a few weeks after the US release date! Look up the Great Pandemonium video on YouTube to hear one of the songs from the new album!

  Yeah there was a cool article that a Norwegian newspaper wrote about Kamelot. Apparently they are writing new songs in a remote hut in the alps, that sounds like a very ballady setting to me. There are translations of the article on the official Kamelot forums.

  I agree. In fact I would go as far to say that Kamelot's live albums are amongst my favourites. I prefer most of the live versions of the Ghost Opera songs and Momento Mori Live is amazing. If only they would actually come to Ausfailure one day...

  You're right - a lot of bands do die on the stage. Kamelot maintain their epic sound on stage, which is a feat in itself, and Kahn, in particular, always manages to outdo himself. Case in point - Memento Mori - Live in Belgrade. Wow.
