Anybody see Walsh with the James Gang on the Rides Again tour?

I did :)

It was absolutely amazing. I was 9 rows back a tad off to the side, the sound was great and the performance was awesome. My only complaint was that it was a little bit too short. It was still quite an experience to finally see Joe Walsh in some form live though.

I wish I could have seen the master at work again. Unfortunately my hopes of seeing him perform live are quite remote, due to him or the rest of the Eagles not really finding it beneficiary to travel to Iceland.

I saw the Eagles gig at Manchester last year ; Joe was a bit subdued in the first half but came to life after the interval; he did the helmet-cam thing that he did on the Melbourne DVD too. Unfortunately he didn't do the excellent "One Day At A Time" as also featured on the DVD.

as for the James Gang, I dont think there'd be enough interest in them in England to justify a tour over here, but we can live in hope. It would certainly be interesting to see Jim Fox drum through "The Bomber" Live!!
