From the support forum: Due to a hardware failure, some charts (including user weekly snapshots and group charts) are unavailable. No data has been lost. Since this weekend is a 4-day public holiday in the UK, the fix for this may be delayed somewhat, but we hope to get things up and running again as soon as possible.
