Why do YOU hate Facebook?

?

1. some might hate it cos it gathers informations about its users - it IS a huge database (names, addresses, e-mail addresses, likes, dislikes, friend connections, movie, music, political, sexual and other preferences etc.) that could be used by big companies to make big bucks - there's definitely something about it but not my reason (i did have fun reading some wild conspiracy theories connecting it with CIA ) FIND OUT MORE
2. some might hate it cos it is a waste of time - people tend to get hooked and waste their whole days there - it is rather stupid way to spend your time, but it is not my reason
3. some might hate it cos a potentially good idea (of people connecting and sharing their lives with their REAL friends) got distorted and turned into dumbing opium for the masses and will now help raise and shape generations of people who want to spend their Sunday afternoons in shopping malls instead in the nature, who think the best way to make a living is to apply for Big brother (or some other reality show) or have never heard of Hungary (yes, it is a real country!) - it is not my reason, though i agree the facebook is dumbing
4. some might hate it cos they're haters - not my reason (johnny is a lover, baby)

so what IS my reason?

i just find it f***** annoying. all that friendly poking, vampire biting, virtual hugging, secret licking, online testing, super-wall writing etc. is just too much for me... enough said?

Skinny Jeans dont hurt my private life, because it's only a stuff. But Facebook is a place where has a lot of enemy of your and my private life. More popularity to this place equals more shits. I mean more spy.

Kako se ispostavlja, Bill Gates svakoga dana provodio je oko 30 minuta na Facebooku, gdje je sa svojim prijateljima razmjenjivao poruke, slao im virtualne poklone i upražnjavao sve ostale aktivnosti kojima se služe korisnici ovog servisa. S obzirom na njegovu popularnost, veliki broj surfera poželio je preko Facebooka kontaktirati Gatesa, tako da je prvi čovjek Microsofta gotovo svakog dana dobivao oko 8.000 zahtjeva za 'prijateljstvo'.

S obzirom na nevolje koje mu je sudjelovanje na Facebooku donijelo, Gates je privremeno ili zauvijek, nije nam poznato, odlučio ugasiti svoj račun na Facebooku.

Da podsjetimo, Gates će u srpnju ove godine zauvijek odstupiti sa svog mjesta prvog čovjeka Microsofta, a hoće li se vratiti na Facebook, nije nam poznato.

Well, there's sort of a long story as to why I hate Facebook, except it's not really that long. It goes something among the lines of after a month or so of me using it, it forced me to register for my school network. And my school wasn't listed >_>

hate it for many reasons. must hack it, get information of users and then exterminate all of them.

I don't have a single intention to meet my stupid, damned primary school friends with whom I don't have any single damn thing in common. It's better if they stay away from me and my privacy. What's the good of use of telling them "look i'm married, i have beautiful kids and a wonderful job, regret if you don't".

Well, I've a wonderful life but I've no intention of showing it to the people who no longer can be defined as friends, whatsoever. It would be nothing but showing off, thus proving my present life is not as wonderful as it seems, if I need to show off, it means I've inferiority complex and a lot of deep problems.

I love Last.fm. Here at least I know what my friends listen to and it's a real common point and a good reason to communicate. Otherwise, showing off style of communication sux. It's for the losers and stalkers! May 'em rot in Hell.

many reasons why I don't use facebook:

-community for masses with no purpose (apart from those stupid tests and masses of "friends")
-I like the privacy
-everybody uses this shit
-I like last.fm which has its real benefits to people
-I just love to hate sometimes
