What song are you listening right now... and why do you like it?

 
  • Mariah Carey - Breakdown

    Quite possibly my favorite song by her --- it's sing-songy yet moody, and it has a very "autumn" feel that I like a lot. The whole "Butterfly" album is a nostalgic listen for me, since it was my favorite CD as a child.

    Bertine Zetlitz - Get What You Deserve

    Simply because I love the lyrics - dark and perfect. The way she says "Your eyes have suddenly ripped right through my skin" gives me goosebumps!

  • Because like everything Drudkh touch it sounds like utter golden krieg. It may be a little 'cleaner' than their past material but the evocative, bloodsoaked "frozen-steppes" atmospherics are still there. Also, on a slightly more important note, there are bagpipes in the intro... :3
