  Seeing Howe Gelb live October 28th. One of the most eclectic artists going around. Looking very much forward to the gig. Any of you lucky people seen him live before? If so what is he like?

  so basically the ballad of the thin line man together with valley of rain and the love songs are the albums missing from my giant sand collection.. damn it :P ebay, here i come

  it took me a year to find my copy, start looking. I wish their catalog was reissued, it took me a long time to complete my collection. The Love Songs is a pretty good album, but it took a long time for me to get into, 80s Giant Sand just doesn't do it to me like their 90s stuff.

  Well Swerve is back ordered apparently. I expect to recieve it at some point in the near future all being well! Its so annoying half their back catalogue is not available. I'm enjoying Ramp a lot, it's awesome. Bought M. Ward mp3s after they were played here, really enjoying that too. Take care.
