If you respect that Anette Olzon is the singer for Nightwish and have moved on with your life, this is the group for you.

that is true! Tarja was great but peoples need to welcome the "new nightwish" as well with Anette or leave the band behind with most stypid reason. Tarja is was orginal and she gave voice to nightwish and her voice was reason why nightwish was so different and unique band in it´s genre. Anette can sing but her voice is not so unique as tarja´s voice. Anyway nightwish had and have that special place in my heart, even it is Tarja or anette singing well i never takes sides without damn good reason. If you love the band do not leave it behind if it shange singer or other members.

Tarja is great, and so is Anette - I don't see the problem in one of my favourite bands going from having a unique and distinctive singer to having a singer who is equally distinctive in her own way. I'd rather continue to have Nightwish as a recording and touring band than have no band at all just because some of the fans don't see the merit in the band continuing.

I love Tarja more myself, however I also love Anette in Nightwish. I take the change as a good for me, since Tarja still makes great music and Nightwish still does. So it's twice the goodies for me. Plus, I can still enjoy old Nightwish. Win, Win, Win.

Anette has fully proven herself; Imaginaerum is stellar- Tarja's solo work is wonderful, but from Nightwish she is now decidedly not missed- Nightwish have come too far from that era, and are something different and astonishing. 'Imaginaerum' offers a vast depth of utterly splendid music.

Thanks for this!! I really like both Nightwish eras, the old Nightwish was one of my top favourite bands for years and then started to bore me, while when I listened to Dark Passion Play my love for the band returned. Anette was an excellent choice, she gave the band the breath of fresh air they seriously needed! I'd say I prefer Tarja because my favourite album from the band is and always will be Oceanborn, but I really like Anette's style, hard-rock and pop-oriented. I only wish she sings better live, she doesn't suck but she would do it better; and I know she gives her best =) (there are some old Nightwish songs by her that I really like but there are some that she better not try to do again XD) People should be happy because Tarja still has her solo career, her albums did not completely amaze me but I think she EVEN is happier this way, so her fans should be too~

Glad to find poeple who agree, i like both new and old nightwish, and it has started becoming annoying how poeple are still complaining about the change of singer even though annette has had the new singer for about 3 years now

I like Tarja + Nigthwish more, but I think Anette is also a great singer and fit into the band!
