This group is for anyone fascinated by the music of Efterklang.

Taken from Wikipedia:

Efterklang (the Danish word for reverberation) is a post-rock group formed on January 2001 in the Danish capital, Copenhagen. The group consists of five core members and a sixth member who makes films for their songs. When performing live, these six members are also joined by violinist Helianne Blais and trombonist Niklas Antonson. They have released albums on the British/American record label The Leaf Label, but also have their own record label called Rumraket (the Danish word for space rocket).

    Saw Efterklang last night at The Barbican in London and I fell in love with their music all over again. The Britten Symphonia also helped make the evening very special. If you haven't bought, Performing Parades, then I suggest you do. The Danish Symphony adds another layer of rich sound to Parades which creates even more sparkle to it's original rich sound. Loving it BIG TIME...

    I saw efterklang at brudenell social club in july, definately one of the best bands i've ever seen live, the instruments and lyrics and everything ahh t'was orgasmic! Amazing night.
