  Well, there is a band called Thulcandara, which sounds very very very like Dissection (and I like it, because Somberlain and Storm From The Light's Bane are incredibly, awesome albums and Germans recorded longplay which sounds like two first D albums), but... honestly, They're made kinda like copy/paste. The first band from the previous sentence is also problably first group who plays true melodic black metal. :) Necrophobic is less melodic, but they're also good (fimo better than Belphegor, whose also death/black mix).
