A group for those who enjoy the music of Deathspell Omega.

Deathspell Omega is a black metal band from France.

Their lyrical content deals primarily with Satanism on a metaphysical level. They are currently engaged in creating a series of three concept albums, focusing on the theological aspects of God, Satan and man’s relationship with the two. They are commonly regarded as more sophisticated lyrically and ideologically than most Satanic black metal bands.

    I have often referred to Deathspell Omega as "Black Metal for smart people". They are truly on a much more sophisticated level both musically and philosophically. They indeed forge their own path which is not something that is very common within the stale confines of Black Metal as we know it today.

    Hmm ok eifel-yesus... but in a musical point of view, you should come back when a Christian group will make a so deep and so intelligent music. Sorry but your reggae groups are sooooo far of this wonder and I think they will never reach this musical level.
