  I can't believe whats going on here at Last.FM. Apparently somebody ( I think I know who) finds it necessary to trash the pictures I've been uploading. Why is beyond me cause its no 'junk' at all. Instead they want the bad ones or theirs on top. Hopefully I can count on everyone visiting and/or joining this group to help me out. Check the connected artists, most have a picture I uploaded. Thank you for your time. Don't forget the discussions and add a journal if you have one =)

  Great connected artists but looking through I did not see Janis Martin! You should add her...if she isn't there already. Maybe I just skipped over her. She's one of my favorites after Patsy and Wanda :)

  Thank you Generic for your generous share of words... Well I'm still adding artists but slowly running out of more to add, help me out a little (rule number 1: it has to be classic country/rockabilly. This isn't supposed to become a 'mainstream country group'. There are many of those already)! Furthermore if anyone can come up with a discussion or has a journal, add it please. I'll come up with something myself soon again.

  Back from my short trip! Alright, they're on the list. Any other suggestions still welcome. Do take part in the discussions or come up with one yourself. Makes the group more interesting and less 'boring'. See ya around! PS: Last.Fm has made a mistake with this 'forcing' to subscribe. I'll consider taking one but I'm not very happy with this..

  Not sure really, with 80s you're getting really close to the border (if not passing it). However, I've been discovering classic country since only last year (Thanks to Skeeter! She really made my life better with this music) so I don't know exactly where it went from good to bad. Also i don't know many artists from those years so you'll have to help me a bit there then :-/ PS: I'll be on a short leave next week for a holiday/vacation.

  Classic Country, Nashville Sound etc equals the best of country for sure and w/out question. I really enjoy the variety. Jim Reeves Nashville sound to the original sounds of Classic. Cool to have thought to put this together. Thanks

  You're welcome 'nerdyoldfart' and welcome to all who joined thus far! The idea is to create a group with only classic country (alright, with some rockabilly. Just can't move past artists like Wanda Jackson and Brenda Lee, they are great!). I hope the activity will rise and same for the amount of members. Keep it country, have fun listening!
