    Funniest thing at a show...

AT a Rick Derringer show in Omaha, probably about 1979, some guy was tired of waiting in line at the urinals. He walked up to the sink and started pissing in it. A line of guys formed up behind him like it was normal to pee in a sink.

    I didn't wash my hands.

At the Unholy Alliance Tour there was basically a mini-pit in the bathroom of guys trying to piss and yelling out "FUCKIN' SLAYER! YEAH!" It was amusing. There was also a kid there who looked to be about six with a shirt that said "FUCKIN' SLAYER!" on it. There was also a guy after the show that just randomly came up and said "Why the hell do they need to know what's in your cup? That's like asking you if you have a dick in your pants." after a security personnel asked to see what was in my cup.

At Unholy Alliance we were all mulling around out front waiting for the doors to open. These two dudes walk up, one with a megaphone the other with a huge sign that says "Repent for God is on YOUR Side!!!". They stop right in the middle of where everyone is and they star telling us how were all gonna burn in hell for the sin of heavy metal. These guys were dead serious they didnt flinch for anything. People constantly cussing them out talkin shit about god and jesus, but all they did was stand there and repeat the same things over and over about how Slayer and Lamb of God were basically the devil incarnate here on Earth. Things got really amusing when one guy offered to buy them a beer and they both said they didnt drink, that threw the mostly drunk crowd into a rage. It was extremely hilarious to watch the hardcore metal heads and the hardcore christians argue back and forth for about 30 minutes.

  • In March I visited a concert of All Shall Perish, Heaven Shall Burn and other Metalcore bands in Cologne. All Shall Perish did a great job, they don't play that often in Germany, and they said very often, that the crowd would be amazing and stuff like that. After All Shall Perish, Bleeding Through entered the stage, and in the middle of the third song of them, the singer of All Shall Perish came onto the stage again, ran around a bit, just clothed with a towel and finally jumped into the crowd naked!

(Guess he has never been seen again...)

My three friends and I were standing in the blob (supposed to be a line) to meet Less Than Jake. When we finally get up there, Chris (the lead singer) is looking at my dad and asks if we are with him. We tell him yes, get some autographs, and go over to the stage to wait for them to play. My dad went by the sound tent so that he could see. So partially through their set, Less Than Jake stop playing and Chris points out into the audience and starts talking about a special guest being there. He then announces that Ron Jeremy is there (referring to my father). He then proceeds to tell my dad (Ron) to start a circle pit...

A few years ago, at a Subway to Sally concert: The leadsinger wore a skirt and after he did a handstand, everyone knew that he didn't wear something beneath it. But, for real, I didn't want to know.
