Need Help About Globo.Com

Hi.
I need an email address with "@globo.com".
But i can not register to their service since i am not from Brasil.
According to what i've understood from the web site, the registered globo users are able to create 7 email addresses for theirselves.
Is there anyone who is a registered globo user and who can create one for me??
