  All I see is American and Jamaican music, it is a pity! Why are more than half of the countries in Country Connections, located in Europe? I was expecting more African and Caribbean influences from this group.

  Talent Scout@MEI 2008: i vincitori di Fabrizio Galassi Sono partiti in 400, solo i migliori 20 sono stati selezionati dalla commissione per andare in finale, nove giornalisti li hanno ascoltati e votati, circa 8.000 persone hanno espresso la loro preferenza tramite il voto on-line, uno solo è il vincitore: Loud! Saturday. Il gruppo romano si esibirà il 29 novembre presso la tenda principale del MEI nello spazio della Cinico Disincanto; ma non saranno gli unici a essere premiati. La sfida per accaparrarsi la seconda posizione, e quindi l’altro posto libero sul palco, è stata combattutissima, tanto da finire a pari merito. Invece di sceglierne uno abbiamo deciso di premiarli entrambi, così avranno il quarto d’ora (vero e proprio) di celebrità anche Il Maniscalco Maldestro e i Playmobil From Chernobyl.
