http://www.thesixtyone.com - Interesting Web 2.0 site, just added my songs there. Apparently the community is good. It's a bit like a micro version of Last.fm, with groups and loved tracks.

Myspace is dead these days, so a nice alternative to that is Facebook, but I have to say the music player layout is really confusing. If they can fix that up it'll be better than Myspace. I think I might check out bandcamp.. seems alright.

I'm loving Bandcamp too - all traffic must come from you but it's a great place to use as your own main music website in lots of ways. It took me days to upload three albums because everything must go up in wav format - that's great though because after you've done that you are able to offer the music in a wide array of formats. Well thought out and operated site it seems...

Ditto this, bandcamp is definitely the way to go if you're looking to make your music available relatively quickly with your own website to go along with it. I'll admit I haven't really checked into these other services but just for ease of use and the variety of formats available, it's great.

  • sonicsquirrel - your netlabel source since 2005

Sonicsquirrel is a great one for netlabels. :)
