How you were introduced to the film: I am a rabid Placebo fan, so the moment I heard they were in it, I purchased it on eBay, expecting nothing more than tacky costumes and a cheap laugh. And I was blown away.

Fav Song: Bitter-sweet
How you were introduced to the film: I'd heard about it before, since I'm a Placebo fan. One night I was flipping through the channels, and it was playing on IFC, so I finally watched it. (And fell in love, of course!)

Fav character: Mandy
Fav song: 2 H.B and Ladytron (I love both of them!)
How I was introduced to the film: It was on late night TV, after the Grandprix (a European song contest which is often very embarassing because of very bad musicians, but I watch it every year!) and I had read about it in the TV magazine. I recorded it on video and now I watch it really often because it is so fascinating!!!

Fav character: Definetely Mandy Slade
Fav song: Coz I Lov You by Slade and Dead Finks Don't Talk by Brian Eno.

Introduction to VG: One of my friends who is really into glam rock told me I should see this movie because I had a great ressemblance to one of the characters. He thinks I look exactly like Mandy, I can't see it at all though:-)
But VG is my all time favourite movie, I can never see it too many times, it always gives me goosebumbs. And it still schocks me that the great Brian Slade turned into nasty Tommy. And I hate Shannon, eww. But I love every single concert of Curt Wild. I simply adore this movie

I'm new to this comunity, but not to Velvet ;D

Fav Character: Jack and Arthur
Fav Song: Tumbling Down
And how you were introduced to the film: Was hanging out with a couple of glamster friends a couple of years ago, and they were surpised when I told them I hadn't seen the movie. So, we wen't to the closest video-rental-thingie :D Loved it immediately, and then got it for x-mas a couple of months later :)

How you were introduced to the film: I got the movie when I was a Christian Bale fan, but then I watched it and fell in love with JRM :P The movie is brilliant, I'm just surprised it took me so long to see it!

my favourite character is brian slade and curt wild (maybe because of ewan mcgregor). i like also shannon cause she's a smart bitch.
my fav songs are gimme danger and baby's on fire.
i've watched this film because of placebo and i was very suprised cause the film was great.

when ewan lies on the stage and sings: "can you feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeel?"that was the best moment of the entire movie...
i saw some stills and knew i gotta see it!:)

Fave song: Oh, this is hard...I go through phases of different songs.... TV Eye because that's one of my favourite moments of the film: Ewan McGregor, fire, glitter, skin...mmm
but I was obsessed with the Ballad of Maxwell Demon for a while...and Gimme Danger...and Baby's on Fire for that Brian/Curt/Guitar bit...and Tumbling Down...sorry, I'm really rubbish

How I was introduced to the film: I'm not really sure...I think I read about it on IMDB or something and then found it in my local library. And then managed to find a rare copy of it on Amazon as it's now out of print, apparantly.
