Да поначалу в прошлом году все обновлялось вообще чуть ли не каждый день, а сейчас например недельные песни входят в общий топ только во вторник (у меня по крайней мере).
Как обьясняет персонал last.fm: чарты групп, в отличие от пользовательских чартов, основываются на количестве членов группы, которые слушали данного артиста в течение недели, вне зависимости от того, сколько раз какой-то конкретный пользователь прослушал этого артиста.

Group charts are calculated on a per-person basis. Basically, this is to stop one person ruining them in a sense with flooding one track. e.g Person A plays Coldplay - Some Song 45 times, and Person B plays it 2 times.
