Buckcherry - Crazy Bitch

  • Buckcherry - Crazy Bitch

Can't decide if these lyrics are worse than anything Nickelback...hard decision.

  • To me, Crazy Bitch is actually entertaining every once and awhile, but god... the chorus is repeated sooooo many times. If you get past the lyrics, they actually have some talent, at least in comparison to Nickelback (but that might not be saying much). I can tolerate them in small doses, at least from the 2 songs I've heard. Granted, there's no way they deserve the amount of radio time they get, but I don't think anything can compare to the atrocity known as Nickelback.

  • agreed, it's sorta funny the first time around, but then it's embarassing. That said, Buckcherry has yet to achieve the sheer level of bullshit suckitude that Nickelback has.

    Crazy Bitch

    not intolerable when you're on a long drive i s'pose : /

I don't hate Buckcherry. In fact, they are unique in comparison to the Nickelcreed clones out there, but they're just not my thing. Their singer's voice gets irritating after a while too.

They're a 2/5 band for me. Not terrible, but not for me.

  • Just out of curiosity, I went to their Myspace to listen to this song, since I'd never heard it before. It sucked, but I agree that it's not as bad as Nickelback.

Something that irked me, though: it's says they're on Atlantic Records, and right below that on "type of label", it says "Indie". Do they even know what an indie label is?

They also had that hit "Lit Up" in the late 90s that goes "I love the cocaine, I love the cocaine". I'll admit that I kind of like that song, but they sound a lot different now.

  • Everything's indie nowadays. Generic musical terms (indie, rock, alternative) can describe most music out there.

But I must admit as well, "Lit Up" was a pretty decent song. But it proves that they were never much for lyrics...

  • Ha, yeah.

No, I would only describe something as "indie" if it was on an independent label and had an indie rock sound. And Buckcherry doesn't even sound indie. But they called their record label indie, even though it's as major as they come.

I didn't realize that people are becoming so overly liberal with the usage of this word.

Perfect example of the kind of songs people write purely for selling purposes. Sellouts. Even THEY know this song sucks, yet they released it because they knew every drunk slut at every bar across this country would play this on the jukebox 600 times a night.

The titty bar near my house plays this song every 14 minutes. No bullshit.

  • Bad. I hate this song so, SO much. I hear it almost every time my radio is on Nickleback/ACDC radio. My local radio stations are terrible...
