New user here. I am looking forward to going through this thread and listening to some of your music.

Have you heard of VIDYPS79? Check out the album called "A Life To Live It Up" on iTunes. It contains melodic and relaxing ambient, mostly instrumental music. It is meant to give you more strength than any kind of a stimulative!

Hi.

I've been making music that don't go out of my home for a long time.
I've just finished a piece of music that I want to let go for once. It's a 22 min guitar/piano slow-ambient balad entitled The rainy nap song. Unfortunately, I had to cut it in two part for myspace, sorry for that.

Hope you'll have a peaceful time listening to it.

My name is Sjaak Overgaauw and I have been experimenting with Live Looping tools and techniques to create Ambient textures and soundscapes for the last 5 years.

I'm is currently preparing for a series of solo performances in both Europe and the USA. The kick-off will be the European Live Looping Festival in Antwerp and Rome and organized by myself, followed by the Y2K9 International Live Looping Festival in Santa Cruz (USA). Hey, I've been making ambient music for a couple of years now. My main project is On Earth. I have a full length release and two EP's all available for free download.

I do a range of ambient styles from Eluvium esque post/neo classical pieces to glacial Stars of the Lid esque drones

Habitat is a new album with Mind Over Midi for Silent Season that journeys deep into the atmospheric and the supernatural. This beautiful timeless piece of music is a tribute to our surroundings and our natural habitat.

Mind over MIDI a.k.a. Helge Tømmervåg is from Kristiansund on the north-east coast of Norway, and he has been working with electronic music since the beginning of the 80’s.

It's made with analog synths, homemade electronic intruments, field recordings, processed acoustic sounds and lots of love. It tries to be a dream travel through emotive spaces or sentimental landscapes, inspired by the incidence of sunlight over natural objects.
