A UK based net label focusing on the weirder end of micro-house and minimal electronica.

Since 2007 Alt Recordings has released full artist EPs from Tom Ellis, Daniel Schneider and Storlon, and compilations featuring Leif, Donk Boys, Joe Ellis, J-Lab, Audio Dependent, Mr Smith, Le Jockey and label boss Tone Def.

With an emphasis on stripped-down but always groovy micro-house, the label's sound embraces both peak-time dancefloor burners and reflective listening experiences.
