My friend just showed me some clips of this dude's show. What a riot. "The ruling elite has been jacking straight DMT for seventy years!" I was on my side belly-laughing. V No doubt about it, he's a total archontic tool that amplifies the illusion of power that the ruling psychopaths love to oppress people with, they love it when Alex Jones clouds your understanding of them with hysterical thinking and ices them with supernatural mystique. It's all fear-porn, and the psychopaths want you to get off on it.

Michael Tsarion or Jesse Ventura would fit the bill, not Terence McKenna. Perhaps David Lynch? He saw Loose Change and questioned 9/11. Maybe Alan Watt or Jordan Maxwell or Ron Paul or Aaron Russo? What does Tool have to do with anything?

Michael Tsarion would be a much more sensible "Connected Artist" for this group. http://www.last.fm/music/Michael+Tsarion

Alex Jones criticized the Zeigeist movies as being pure NWO propaganda, and aside from the fact they both claim 9/11 was an inside job, Peter Joseph and Alex Jones have nothing in common.

William Cooper fucking hated Alex Jones, and Alex Jones hated William Cooper. Alex Jones hates Noam Chomsky, and Noam Chomsky is very critical of Jones's ideas concerning 9/11. Terence McKenna's ideas are highly incompatible with Jones's ideas and are critical of conspiracy theories in general. Tom Morello, Aldous Huxley, George Orwell, Timothy Leary, George Carlin, and Bill Hicks all had ideologies that *starkly* contrast with Jones. Huxley and Orwell only caught the attention of Jones because Brave New World and 1984 were dystopian novels that catch the attention of any and all conspiracy theorists, but the two authors don't have similar political ideologies or outlooks to Jones. For Christ's sake, it is obvious to anybody reading Homage to Catalonia that Orwell's ideas are more akin to Chomsky than to Jones.

"Fearmongerer"? Like there aren't things we should be legitimately terrified of. Also, he's been on an anti-Zionist streak lately (good on him), even getting him into trouble with GCN, it seems. So that criticism doesn't make any sense either.

Disinformation agent. Try some real theorists like Bill Cooper, Fritz Springmeier or Rik Clay.

Everyones "human", people make mistakes, this man has done nothing but try and get the information out to the people. Anyone that takes a full time job/life deticated to getting any and all alternative media out to the public is going to grab an ego and some money along the way, it's human nature. Instead of searching out a small group on a music site to troll Jone's supporters, go fight your causes and the chips will fall as they may regaurdless of your personal or mass opnions. We all are red regardless of intelligence.

Oh, brainwashed kids calling Alex names. Very convincing! If any of you fools actually bother to listen to the man, he consistently cites his sources and keeps them as mainstream as possible - exactly because sheeple like yourselves have been trained to respect only those "mainstream" sources. If you read the Infowars site, it's even more obvious; they keep things measured so the sheeple don't get scared off.

Alex Jones uses fear for self-promotion. He should be avoided, just like a whining child starved for attention, who needs to learn to STFU.

"because the info can be verified by anyone to be true " --- Completely and utterly false. Most of what he spouts is sensationalist nonsense. Particularly on his radio shows, he just takes what ever the callers say and runs with it, without a modicum of fact checking. On one of his shows he almost started mass histeria as he said a nuclear attack on the US was happening as he spoke. Alex Jones is a fraud and a fool. No reasonably intelligent person should bother listening to him.

Yeah. I just listened to a great Kevin Booth interview [http://kentroversytapes.blogspot.com/2007/06/kentroversy-tapes-podcast-02-june-4.html] in which he relates him telling Alex to "drop the John Wayne act" and be his natural self on-air and that he'd get more listeners that way. Although I too have grown used to his style it would be nice if he toned down on the gloom-and-doom attitude a bit. Those rare moments where he transcends that paradigm and talks from his heart, with love, about us all being one and takes the situation from that perspective are my favorite. Also interesting, Kevin Booth said Jones is funnier than even Bill Hicks, which you can see on his radio show those rare times he's actually in a good mood. Really infectious personality.

I agree a little with frequency, but I also think Alex's job is extremely important, he is doing the right thing and it can't be easy to do. I've gotten use to his personality because the info can be verified by anyone to be true and it drives me crazy what the elite is getting away with

This guy is the worst interviewer Ive ever come across, it's a shame that he has become so iconic within the alternative research community. Despite the information he gives, his attitude totally plays into the hands of the elite
