Albert Hammond Jr, most widely known as guitarist for New York City rock band 'The Strokes' released his first solo album in October of 2006, titled 'Yours to Keep'.

Born the 9th of April, 1979 in Los Angeles, Albert Hammond Jr is the son of musician and songwriter Albert Hammond. He plays lead and rhythm guitar in New York city rock band 'The Strokes', along with frontman Julian Casablancas, bass guitarist Nikolai Fraiture, guitarist Nick Valensi and drummer Fab Moretti.

Albert's album was released in October 2006 in the UK and has been imported to several locations worldwide. It can also be accessed on iTunes.

Featured on 'Yours to Keep' are artists such as Matt Romano, Josh Lattanzi, Julian Casablancas, Jody Porter, Ben Kweller, Sean Lennon, Chris Feinstein, Mikki James, Sammy James Jr, and Ryan Gentles.
