You like expanding your consciousness through acid, to fall into trance? Acid Trance is the genre for that, trippy, fluent, hypnotic.

Acid Trance was how trance started, and according to some the only real trance genre. In any case it is one of the few genres that actually has the ability to induce a state of trance to the dancer/listener.

Acid sounds similar to traditional instruments like the mouth harp which also has been used as a ritualistic musical tool to expand consciousness. This tradition is today carried on through acid trance parties (or "raves"), often lasting several days. They're all about expanding your consciousness. If that thing turns you on, you should join us.
