What are ur thoughts... on 1990 kids turning and/or being 18

I swear I'm getting old lol
But am i the only one disturbed by the sudden coming of age of the kids born in the 90's!
Its like... your not aloud 2 dress like that! and shouldn't be drinking and hitting on me in clubs... u don't even remember the ninja turtles! haha

in our convenience stores in the States, we have these signs that say something like "To purchase tobacco products, you must have been born before this date in (current year minus 18)", and it looks so strange to me that they all say "1990" in those big black numbers now.

Yes, it's weird. Especially when it's your little cousins or the annoying little brothers and sisters of former classmates and they turn out to be reasonable people when the age gap has magically disappeared.
But I was even more shocked to find 97-borns expressing their opinions on youtube.

Kids from 1990 were teenagers not too long ago and now they're adults too. Beginners of their career, family, life. But there's thousands of 14-15 years old users (= born in the mid 90s) with refined musical taste, opinions, etc. Omg, I've never thought that they would grow up once. 80s - when we were born - is history in their eyes. So strange.
