I listen to a playlist on my phone that has all my favourite songs.
It really does help me sleep (most of the time, I find it difficult to get to sleep =S)
& it's none of the classical lullaby business.
    Punk rock FTW!!!!

    Cryosleep radio

Cryosleep works for me. I have a difficult trying to get to sleep.
do a search it's on Last.fm. Cryosleep radio Steve roach is 1 artist.
put the volume on real low just enough to hear it. it's kinda like being in space.
vast echoy sorta -soothing mood music. no beat. imagine floating & then sleeping.
    & POOF you're gone.

I usually listen to classical music on sirius/xm radio it really helps me sleep. Anything from Chopin, Mozart, John Field, Berlioz, Rachmaninov...that sort of thing.

  • Aphex Twin is a lullaby.

Actually, I Am The Bees Knees.
  • I tend to have dreams based on the white noise in my surrounding enviroment. Soothing and ambient music, keeps my dreams low key and pleasant, for the most part.

Handel, Chopin, Bach, etc. Not excluding more modern ambient fare. ;)

    Radiohead, Air or Röyksopp

  • Tiesto's Just Be album, or pretty much any Tiesto .The rhythm and lack of actual lyrics makes it great background noise. It works as a white noise I guess you could say to lull me to sleep.

  • Well, I listen to random feelgood songs that make me fall to sleep.
    (:

  • BBC Radio 4. On the odd occasion hard liquor.

But I don't really listen to anything to 'help' me sleep.

It used to be a spliff would do, but that was by design not really a conscious act but I've cut all that out now anyways :D

edit: ok well I know I don't listen to any of those things except the radio of course smh ;p
