iPod scrobble limited to 50 tracks

iPod scrobble limited to 50 tracks

So ever since I started scrobbling with my new iPod shuffle, I never could reach more than 50 tracks scrobbled while the client clearly says: "You have listened to 156 tracks" And then I get the full list of the songs to scrobble which is over 150, but then on the website I notice there is only 50 tracks added to my account every time.

Is there anything I can do to fix the problem?

Is it possible to get back to the old last.fm client? I never had this problem before last.fm is not free anymore

Hey guys, try this:
1) disconnect from the Internet
2) connect your iPod, scrobble the tracks
3) reconnect to the Internet
4) manually connect to the last.fm submission server

It worked for me some time before, when I also had this problem.

Thanks, but it doesn't work. The only thing left to do here in last.fm is scrobbling and it doesn't even work properly. PLEASE FIX IT.

I second that. I use an ipod shuffle and I'm limited to NINE scrobbles even though all are recognised by the last.fm app. Why does the app say: "59 scrobbles submitted" and then actually only scrobble 9 max? This sucks but I am happy to hear I'm not the only one with the problem.

I'm on winxp SP2, using itunes 8.2.0.23 and last.fm 1.5.4

Hey developers; PLEASE FIX. As a Dutchman, the only bloody thing I CAN do here anymore these days is scrobbling. So please let me at least enjoy that much.

Today I did my ipod scrobbling again. This time I scrobbled all of my songs, 129 tracks to be exact. I refreshed my own page and after some calculation, I found out that exactly 100 tracks were scrobbled. Anyone else experiencing this ?

Itunes - 8.2.1.6
Last.fm - 1.5.4.24567
