Someone has uploaded a wrong picture for my band's page

I found a page that had my band's songs and some videos on it but the picture was some random girl in a black leather jacket, definitely not a picture of the actual band. I tried to change it, but it wouldn't let me because I am new to the site. I'm wondering how the page got started in the first place....?

Take a look at the FAQs, Pages are creating by listening to a artist, Everybody who has a minimum limit of listens can upload pictures and edit wiki pages. If you are an artist you can register as a artist and get spezial functions to work on your artist site...
