Problem with scrobbling, can't connect with the server

i'm writing here, 'cause Polish support couldn't help me. i also read some topics here and i didn't find what i want. the problem is..
the site shows only what i'm listening at the moment, the tracks keep stucking in the memory, they aren't being send to the site. the other account which i've got on my computer runs normally. i haven't got any problems with plugins, time or firewall, i think. i've got the newest Winamp, plugin for it and lastfm.
in log i've got something like this:
