Windows Multi-Profile Setup Question

I use Last.fm on my primary Windows account using iTunes, although the other profiles on the family PC use iTunes, but do not want to use Last.fm. Every time they start iTunes they're getting the Last.fm setup dialogue box. How do I avoid this from happening on their profile, but keep the Last.fm client running under my profile.
