Scrobbler never asked me to import iTunes library....

 

  • Scrobbler never asked me to import iTunes library....

    I've been on last.fm since Feb and i have 2663 plays on my proper account (http://www.last.fm/user/caitlyncookie) just from the last.fm player, i finally downloaded scrobbler and it never asked me to import iTunes library, 3 days on and it still hasnt asking me, this is REALLY bugging me, I've re-instaled it twice and i've downloaded iTunes again aswell! I've read loads of FAQ's and Forum posts and done lots of the things they've said, i've now made a new account, and it still hasnt asked me. I really need help!

  • Did you have a read through this FAQ? As the account caitlyncookie has already over 2000 scrobbles, you won't be able to import your listening history for this account anymore.
    You should be able to import it to a new account like caitizbarecool, but this one shows you have reset the plays..

    Try this:
    Completely close down the scrobbler, then change the password for this new account on the website, restart the scrobbler and enter your new login details. Does it now ask you to import your listening history?

  • I just tried that, it didn't work. This is really getting annoying! Wouldn't it work on caitlyncookie if i reset it?
