Windows still not scrobbling

I've tried everything me mentioned in the threads, unistalled, reinstalled both the client and Itunes. Still the same thing, the ipod scrobbles are reconized by the client, but are never submitted or cached. Server connection is ok, no probles at all until about 3 weeks ago, then this started happening. What can you do, just keep on trying maybe someday it will work.
