Something is seriously wrong with the network subsystem

    Hi

I'm using a MacBook Pro with the latest Last.fm plugin. Whenever I launch the the client I get the message:
"Something is seriously wrong with the network subsystem.
The application failed to open a socket and start listening for submissions from player plugins.

Details: Could not bind listening socket. Socket error:48"

    iTunes 7.3.1 (3).
    Last.fm beta plugin 1.3.1.1
    OSX 10.4

For some reason when I first run the client I end up with two open instances (probably why I get the socket exception). So long as I quit them in the right order they behave OK (otherwise I have to force quit). When I restart the client I get a single instance and scrobbling seems to work fine once I've done that.

    Any ideas?

    Cheers

    Mark

  • lol, it says "seriously wrong" as the error message? Yeah, they got problems right now, just ignore the problems and they'll go away. That's what I do with my hemmorhoids.

KIDDING! Ew I just made myself puke.
