Cached tracks refuse to get uploaded on profile

Hello guys,
I have a problem.

First of all some information about what I'm using:
Windows 7 Ultimate SP 1;
Last.fm Scrobbler version 1.5.4.27091;
Mediaplayer = foobar2000 v1.1.11
Mediaplayer Plugin = foobar2000 0.9.4 plugin, version 2.3.1.2

The problem is that my recent played tracks aren't being updated with my profile anymore. I've had this problem for over a week now, untill today.
Today I tried to solve the problem myself by reading the "Problem Scrobbling? READ THIS." thread. This worked when I re-entered my password! Almost all the songs that were cached (Help - Diagnostics - Scrobbling) were being uploaded onto my last.fm profile.
Except for 8 songs, they refused to get uploaded onto my profile. Right now 24 tracks are being cached and no matter how many times I click on "reconnect", they refuse to get uploaded.
The submission server status says "OK" and the last succesful connection is from one minute ago from when I'm writing this thread.

As stated before, I have read and done everything as stated in the thread "Problems Scrobbling? READ THIS.", I even uninstalled the application completely from my system, rebooted and performed a reinstall but nothing is working.
I also changed my password and updated my new password into the Audioscrobbler plugin and Last.fm client, but nothing is working.

Who can help me?
