How to unban banned tracks ?

How to unban banned tracks ?

I accidently many times have unbanned some my loved tracks - because i listen on android phone .
Yes , here was some answer - but - maybe im stupid or what - but there is not such as buttons as there mentioned - so please give concrete details how to do it - unban ban ...

Go to your Loved Tracks page, scroll to the end, you'll see a link to your banned tracks. Unban from there, you'll see an option in the dropdown menu.

OMG WHY?!?

It's not like there wasn't enough space in the top bar beside other tabs...

At least, update the help section, pls!
