itunes and lastfm scrobbler not scrobbling

 
  • itunes and lastfm scrobbler not scrobbling

    So basically my Itunes AND last.fm scrobbler arnt even working at all. ive made sure they are all updated and enabled but still nothing. help?

  • Wait, you mean you can't even open iTunes? What are the exact problems you have when you say they "don't work at all"? Do they open but freeze? The applications don't even start?

    no itunes opens and everything and will play songs, but when i open my last.fm app nothings coming up OR appearing on my profile as showing im listening from itunes. so whether im playing from itunes or my lastfm app, nothing comes up.

  • I've the same problem too. Songs seem to scobble, but they don't appear on my profile.
    Weirdly enough, all the songs I "love" do show in the sidebar.

  • I have the same problem!
    songs seem to show "now playing" but doesn't scrobble!

  • Scrap that, it's stopped again. >.<

    The last time this happened, in November, it took weeks to sort itself out.

    I'm having the same problem. soo annoying!

  • Make sure you have the plugins installed, in the client go to Tools > Get plugin.

    Also, make sure your scrobbles aren't cached, go to Help > Diagnostics > click Reconnect.

    Same issues.

  • Exact same problem. It began on Jan. 13th...Only if I love a track will it appear on side, but not on my scrobbles.

  • same problem here. but it all just solved with Help -> diagnostics -> reconnect. thanks to Knapster01
