foobar2000 seekbar problem

When I just move a mouse over the seekbar (progress bar),
the pregress time does not apper.
But if I push down the left mouse button, and
move the mouse , I can see the progression time.

Is there a foobar skin or configuration such that
just hovering over the seekbar (mouse button is not pushed down)
always shows progression time ?
