oops! erroro connecting

 

  • oops! erroro connecting

    i sent out a share link to some friends
    but when they click on the link
    & it brings them to the artist page & they click 'play'
    it shows > oops! error connecting
    but when i click on the exact same link
    i can connect....
    the share link sent via email doesnt require mi to be signed in as a member
    so that rules out that not being a member as a reason for the issue....

    does anyone have any suggestions?

  • Does just this track or radio station not work for them at all, or do they have this problem with all tracks or radio stations on the site?

  • i can listen yet no one else can w/out getting "oops error connecting"?

    i've had 5 friends try the same artist and they all get oops error connecting
    except for mi ...so i'm wondering if somehow i have blocked others getting access to listening to my artist :Empress Dj Luckyy Starr
    maybe you can check it out from your end & let mi know what i can do
