My plays for So-Called Humans (my friends band) aren't being logged on the band's profile. Why? It states on the main page that they have 3 listeners, me one of them, but when you click on the listeners tab, it only lists one person (and it's not me). All their songs are also tagged properly, so that's not the problem.

This kind of information is updated on weekly basis in artists' profiles.
Top listeners are actually top weekly listeners.
I think that might be the reason why you do not see your username in that list :)
No no, the "charts" bit of the artist profile is only showing that tracks have only been played once or twice, over six months. It says on the main artist page, that So-Called Humans have 167 plays but then below it, says that 333 plays are in my library. It basically shows that I haven't listened to So-Called Humans. Can this somehow be fixed?
It appears that you have imported your listening history from one of your players.
Unfortunately we do not count imported data on artists pages.
Your plays are not going to be added and it's not a bug

Your future plays will get scrobbled onto that artist-profile. It is the past plays that are ignored.
