    I went early, so the lines were too long for the fairy. It was pretty easy to smuggle in blankets and umbrellas, the guards weren't too anal about that. Really it was a great day, my group just took turns getting food for everyone during a band they didnt enjoy as much. Idk, I thought it you planned a bit better you'd probably would have had a better time. Toronto rules, shut up.

    This will be the LAST time that I ever attend a 'festival' in Toronto. What a waste of time! We spent so much time lining up for everything that I can't even comment on the bands. Line up to get to the ferry, line up to get on the ferry, line up to get in. No plastic bottles, no umbrellas, no blankets, NO FOOD! And why be so anal about beer? Stand in line for hours to get stupid tickets to stand in line again to get into some idiotic 'beer garden' (where you can't even see the show properly), stand in line yet again to get crap beer, can't take it with you... INSANE!! If you want to go to a real festival, go to Osheaga in Montreal. Five minute metro to the island from downtown, walk 5 minutes and you're there. They check your bag ONCE and you're free to have fun for the rest of the day. You can bring food, plastic bottles and whatever else you need.. and no ridiculous 'beer gardens', you can drink anywhere you want. $65 or $120 for both days and a way better lineup. Toronto sucks

    couldn't wait for Broken Social Scene to leave the stage, they love themselves way too much. Pavement were amazing.. i was able to see them a couple of times in the 90's and they never sounded so big. like a fine wine i guess. Grounded was epic.

    yeah, the lines. The only way my friend could grab a bite was to go during the middle of a set. What is this...a concession stand for ants!? There needs to be at least...3 times as many vendors.
