yea, for real...compared to Lolla, which had far more many bands and far better bands (even with the large overlap) than virgin fest, both were approximately $200 dollars for the total festival (Lolla=3days, Vfest=2days)...v-fest was a major rip-off this year...while not to mention, beers at lolla were $5, or $24 for a whole BOTTLE of wine, food was significantly cheaper with a wide range of local restaurants catering. While I went to both, Virgin really needs to justify their high ticket price by bringing better/more acts and by reducing extra prices/allowing 2-day holders to leave and return (also something Lolla allowed). However, I expect nothing to change.

Underworld and Rabbit in the Moon...two unbelievable performances...and I was extremely impressed with Moby's DJ set...regardless of his celebrity factor, he was one of the better sets

Yea, I'm still waiting for them to at least replace Pendulum on Sunday in the dance tent since they dropped for a fest in Tokyo, tho you're not counting dance tent...gotta admit, if underworld is announced at Lolla, I'm skipping out on V-fest despite the two minute drive from my house...I feel like there should be at least one more "big" add, probably someone who's been turning a lot of heads at earlier fests, and may make up mind

I don't know if we will get any more additions. MAYBE one or two for Sunday. Last year they had 14 bands each day on the two main stages. Saturday already has 16 bands and Sunday has 13.

Pendulum is no longer on the main festival page...not sure if they were dropped, canceled or what. It's a shame considering I was only thinking about going for the dance tent.

Anyone know if they are still adding artists to this festival? Shout at me if so. This thing is like a late 90s rave with Moby, Pendulum, Ferry Corsten, etc. I want to go, but I need some more contemporary artists as I don't think my old body can handle being on E an entire weekend anymore.

i can almost guarantee you the raconteurs will not be there again...being only three years old, i can't imagine they would have any repeat artists...even though they did put on a good show
