Since their first show in Berlin last year, FENSTER have been playing around the town in galleries, bars and venues. On March 2nd, they will officially release their debut album BONES on MORR MUSIC. For this occasion, FENSTER invited some of their friends to play with them at Marie Antoinette and celebrate the Berlin music scene. You’re invited! HUSH HUSH kindly accepted to host the evening and perform some of his songs too.
After this shindig the trio will fly to the USA to perform at SXSW!!

FENSTER plays de-constructed pop music, layering subtle distortions, melodic chords and city soundscapes under dream narratives. Their music ranges from dream pop to freak folk, lo-fi ballads and 50′s surf songs. Their debut album ‘Bones’ takes its narrative structure from the associative logic of dreams, weaving morbid imagery and playful fairytales together into a sardonic play against backdrops of dark forests, train rides, graveyards, mountains and seashores. FENSTER’s charm and inimitability comes in the form of collage; hungry to integrate their vision of the future with the sound of the past.

HUSH HUSH is one of the multiple alter-egos of American artist Christopher Kline, who has been performing in the Berlin underground scene for the past five years under different pseudonyms such as Snakebraid, Night Music, and in the groups Wooden Veil and Gemeine Gesteine. Mixing r&b, soul, dance and pop, HUSH HUSH describes himself as a self-styled “hit-machine”. Master of profane ceremonies uttering explicit sexual lyrics, HUSH HUSH engenders furious and feverish evening performances.

MARY OCHER born in Moscow, bred in Tel Aviv, currently based in Berlin.
She released the debut album “War songs” in March 2011 and an EP in December on Haute Areal. Recently finished an album produced with King Khan (no release date yet).

TUSK is a trans-dimensional synthwave assassin. TUSK travels across time and space to hunt. TUSK is the killer who cannot be killed. But there is a problem. TUSK is slipping into melancholy.
TUSK is the new creation of Benjamin Teicher, the singer/producer/space weirdo behind Aurora Kiss, the camp, carefree pop revolutionary that lived in Berlin until he was killed off by TUSK, who took his form and replaced him. Teicher has been hailed as a visionary by fans and his newest incarnation was greeted with praise by critics, and confusion by his friends.
