Richard Galliano & John Surman play Nino Rota

World famous accordionist Richard Galliano and legendary Italian film composer Nino Rota (The Godfather, La Dolce Vita) share an acute sense of melody and an almost uncanny knack of revealing and unfurling the universal elements in popular forms. In this UK one-off show, Galliano reinterprets them as evocative and expansive jazz suites in partnership with long term collaborator, the extraordinary saxophone and clarinet player, John Surman.

Solo sets from both Galliano and Surman complete an exclusively stellar evening.
