    Hmmm - about my 20th Anathema concert and the first one where I've left early. Great to see them pulling bigger crowds - shame that most of the 'new' fans are twats! Not an enjoyable show from where I was standing.

    My very best anathema concert since around 1996, but first time overseas (came from Denmark to see them with Amplifier) as always I feel mostly connected when Anathema play their newest and freshest songs. This time though, they really uplifted me in a way that no concert has ever uplifted me before. 'I am home!' I shouted in my girlfriends ear during third song. Maybe It's this feeling of connection and uplifting that made me write my very first shout ever on Last.FM ?

    My 1st Anathema gig and what a show it was too. A good blend of songs from Weather Systems, WHBWH, AFDTE, Alternative 4, Judgement and A Natural Disaster. Also great acoustics at the Koko.

    From Anathema's official page on FB: CALLING OUR UK FANS: we are SO close to achieving the best attendance we've ever had in the UK at our Koko show on Thursday night. If you were to bring one more person with you on the night then we'd SMASH IT! We're doing great business on the door in other countries, so even if it's pouring with rain on May 3rd please don't let this put you off attending....bring your brollies and queue around the block - we CAN sell it out with your support!!! HELP ANATHEMA MAKE HISTORY!
