musiky it was a good gig, though she sang a lot more covers than she usually does...anyways tom brosseau was great, and dame chan marshall gave another great performance, particularly wild as the wind and the final spanish song, she was almost crying...it was great, though I was expecting she'd play some songs of her earlier albums, like rockets, nude as the news, moonshiner, and she didn't play guitar

lostmaverick hmm he got asked to leave after a 2nd warning so it wasn't too bad. when 'jonah' left her alone on stage it clearly went downhill as she was obviously unsure what to do next. She fucked up Wild is the Wind and the Greatest, couldn't believe it! But thankfully she managed Naked if I Want To very well I thought.

yeh i was glad she said something - they were purely there selfish reasons, just to get a good shot of her - i think the guy in the hat got asked to leave.

Oh and flash photographers really need to die. Constantly pummelling the artist with 3 flashes a second until she has to put her hand up and tell you to stop is very poor.

She did lose my attention a bit during the middle solo bit. What was the second gig last night like? Different set list?
