The 7.30pm show was most in keeping with what has been said of the afternoon performance below. There purely as Flecktones fan - completely stoked to see the original line-up, and blown away as ever by the perfomance - I was slightly worried after the first two Po3 numbers that my head would begin to nod (i was not wanting the drive back to cardiff to be any more of a drag) but Stanley certainly perked me up (no less the comic relief supplied by Chick's wife) and the big finale was the crazy clusterfuck i had hoped for! Best bloody tenner ever spent.

The 3pm show was extremely good. Victor Wooten stole the show, and Chick Corea's trio smartly picked things up when they noticed their first two numbers had fallen a little flat in comparison to the Flecktone's set. A mass encore saw both bands return to the stage for a rendition of Corea's "Spain" that would have been a complete mess had it been played by any lesser ensemble with the same instrumentation.
