I've been a blink fan for a good 11 years on and off so it was nice to finally see them. Didn't care for either of the other bands.

Fall Out Boy was better than I expected. Thriller was the best song they played. I started off the pit during that song ;) blink was amazing as expected, their setlist was really sick although I would have liked a little more Dude Ranch. AAR were fucking horrible though. But damn I got fuckin' killed during First Date and I thought I cracked a rib but I'm pretty sure it's just severly bruised lol. So worth it though.

great fucking show...i don't see how fall out boy has sold out? their masters of their genre, and that genre tends to be heard by the mainstream more frequently...that doesn't mean their sell outs

@diana definitely agree, besides pete is an amazing lyricist past all that fame and fortune. anyway the show kicked so much fucking ass. dug mark calling out pete for walking out on them

i don't see why people hate FOB so much. i love them. i don't see why people call them sell outs. you shouldn't base the whole band on Pete. Patrick's voice is one of the most amazing i've ever heard.

I would love this concert if it weren't for FOB. Haha, as dumb as it sounds, I think it'd have been kinda cool if their "spawn bands" had been support. Not a huge AvA fan, but its decent, and I LOVE +44... And sure maybe they could just play an AvA or Plus song as blink, but I doubt they will. People will be wanting to hear the good old blink tunes when they come out. I'm actually going to defend AAR though. I love them. "Gives You Hell" is horrible, but they're a nice catchy little powerpop/popunk band and they do have some great songs. I think they'll compliment blink's style nicely. I've only tried out NFG once, and I just couldn't get into that particular day, but I'm going to guive it another go now, just out of curiousity. Not a Weezer fan. Need to get around to checking out TBS. MCR's not too bad. Haha they have now where near Blink, or any of the proposed bands' star power+popularity, but I think Gob'd be a cool support band for Blink too...

Well Panic! was just founded from FOB as a type of clone band, i've never heard all american rejects so i can't comment on their music and my chemical romance is just a huge queen and styx rip off band, whose 'welcome to the black parade' would have been a masterpiece album if it hadn't already been done before. I dunno i just don't find new found glory all that appealing o me...maybe it will grow on me i dunno

I dunno, FOB just makes crappy music imo, minus a few songs. The belong with Panic! At the Disco/All-American Rejects/My Chemical Romance and all those POP bands. They're are just basing themselves around image so that they appeal to all the young impressionable girls will buy their shit (my opinion obviously). And as for New Found Glory, no way man, they're sick. It would just be sweet if it was like it was back in the old days when they'd always tour together.

Fall out boy dropped their hardcore roots at take this to your grave...You need to look at them as a purely pop punk group and they are easily fucking top of the game when it comes to that genre, better they are more on the pop side because now they're just focused and they don't have crappy i'm poppy but we;re still totally hardcore shit they had on from under the cork tree...

fall out boy to me doesn't really fit any genre at this point... they're not really pop and were only punk in their early years. patrick's influence lends a big band/jazz sound and some of their latest songs dive into pretty heavy rock...idk how to describe it. they're not super fit for this tour (mcs would definitely be better, can't believe i forgot about them.); the only reason they're playing is because mark and pete are bffs. ps i know this is tl;dr, please forgive me!

Fall Out Boy is everything that is wrong with pop punk. Too much pop not enough punk. They question is, why isn't blink going back to the old days with New Found Glory. Best line up would be Four Years Strong, All Time Low or Set Your Goals then New Found Glory then blink.
