    ...Most of the people that camped out had been on stage before anyway ... and how the heck did I know I would have got up on stage? Oh yes, I'm gloating. I'm not allowed to be happy I got up on stage, I'll go shut up about it shall I? A lot of the people who camped weren't even bothered about getting on stage also, so do you want to make some more assumptions ?

    Now you just sound like you're gloating. Was feeling a bit sorry for all the fans camped out outside the arena getting soaked by the torrential rain only to get to the front when TBH you could just stroll up to the front when the doors opened pretty much like we did (warm and dry with a tasty roast dinner in our tummies). But I now just feel bad for the others that also camped out all day in the rain in the hopes of getting pulled on stage when they needen't have bothered because some girl (who'd already done it the weekend before) would go up anyway. oh well. Maybe they'll get a go next year.

    You can't really stop them pulling you up, and my friend actually did get on stage too, and 2 girls and another guy I knew. To be honest I queued overnight/camped out for it, and lost my place at the barrier after 8 songs, so why would I feel bad about it? At the end of the day it was ME that was picked over the other people there, I can't help that fact. You can't just say 'NO BILLIE JOE, TELL YOUR SECURITY TO TAKE THEIR HANDS OFF ME' can you. So yeah, even without me getting on stage every concert wont be as good compared, but I will still have fun. My friends aren't bitter and I just think its funny that I'm the selfish one, when I was the one picked... haha.

    V for Vengance that's quite selfish actually. What about someone else getting up on stage? What about your own friends you were with. Weren't they a bit peeved that you got to go up twice? I dunno. If it was me I would feel a bit shyte about myself stealing the opportunaty to go up on stage with Green Day away from someone else if I'd already done it a week before. Sure it would be fun at the time but afterwards I'd feel a bit selfish. Just my personal opinion. And don't get me wrong, I'm not jealous. I was further back and wasn't too bothered about trying to go up. I'd rather let the kids have the fun and every other concert I ever went to would probably be really rubbish compared.

    6 years since I missed out on seeing them cos my mum deemed it too dangerous to go to Brixton when your 14...20 years since I heard them for the first time...that was damn well worth the wait! Even though it took us 5 hours to get back to Essex after! :'(

    Set-list was far better than O2 on friday. I got up on stage again for Are We The Waiting! :D:D:D:D The barrier and surrounding areas seemed far more tight and energetic than the O2, But further out seemed more quieter and calm, no mega-mosh pits [near me anyway :P]. Christie Road and Macys Day Parade made my night (:
